Amelia Beichler
Chair
Amelia is a resident of Harford County and serves as Chair and was a past Vice Chair and Secretary for the Harford County Young Republicans. She was an active member of 4-H for 8 years, serving as President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the club throughout her time. Ms. Beichler has over 6 years of experience managing team members in high stressful environments and providing an efficient, successful, interactive, and enjoyable workplace. Currently, she works in administrations, providing new and improved systems for a Baltimore-based company. While supporting the Republican Party, her desire is to bring awareness of politics to the younger generation and help inform others of the impact they can have in local government.
Kaden Siegle
Vice Chair​

Kaden is a current resident of Harford Country, elected to serve as the Harford County Young Republicans Vice Chair. He has previously been a student page in the Maryland General Assembly and now is employed as an intern in Annapolis. Kaden has previous experience volunteering for local campaigns and working with elected officials. He is currently working towards furthering his education through a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Kaden enjoys interacting with his community and advancing republican ideals, all the while learning how he can make an impact on those around him.
George Majchrzak III
Treasurer

George is a Christian, husband, father, and member of the Harford County Young Republicans, having first joined in 2019 and being appointed Treasurer in 2024. He is a graduate of Harford Technical High School and a Master Automotive Technician who understands the importance of fiscally conservative principles and their impact on working-class individuals like himself. George is enthusiastic about bolstering conservative values within Harford County and empowering the next generation of Republicans.
Elliott Herneecker
Secretary

Elliott Herneker is a dedicated political science professional with a passion for civic engagement and leadership. He holds an associate degree in Political Science from Harford Community College and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Elliott’s experience includes an internship with Larry Hogan’s 2024 Senate campaign, where he gained valuable insights into campaign operations and policy advocacy. He now serves as the Secretary of the Harford County Young Republicans, contributing to the organization’s mission of empowering young conservatives in the community.
Dongyeon Kim
IT Manager
Dongyeon Kim, a dedicated IT manager, embarked on a remarkable journey from South Korea to the United States in 2021. Born and raised in South Korea, Dongyeon graduated from Seoul National University of Education's School of Education and ROTC program and subsequently entered service as an Officer with the Republic of Korea Army in 2008. After completing his service, he dedicated himself to being an elementary school teacher in western South Korea until he embarked on an unexpected journey to immigrate to the U.S. in 2021. In the land of great opportunity, he quickly adapted to the fast-paced world of corporate IT and now oversees the smooth operation of his company's technology infrastructure. In addition to this, he is part of a cyber security tech start-up and has been instrumental in shaping the parameters of the customer service segment for the company. He supports conservative ideas and is looking forward to promoting them as they relate to the immigrant community.
Sheariah Yousefi
Senior Advisor
Yousefi, with a passion to see conservative ideals advanced in everyday life, is a resident of Harford County and serves as Senior Advisor and past Chair for the Harford County Young Republicans. Her career, expanding both the political and educational worlds, has taken her to Washington, D.C., where she advanced conservative ideals as a legislative policy member with the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Education and the Workforce and to South Korea, where she was selected by the Ministry of Education to serve as a government-sponsored EFL instructor. Currently, Yousefi serves as the Chief of Staff for a State Legislator, is a board member with the Harford County Sheriff’s Foundation and Harford Family House, runs a women-owned small business styling consulting firm based out of Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia, and serves as a founding and current member for her alma mater’s Honors College Alumni Association at Towson University. Yousefi is also a graduate of the campaign schools at American University, the RNC, and Yale University, serves as the Senior Advisor for the Maryland Young Republicans, and was the 2023 recipient of the Maryland Young Republican of the Year award for her continued support of the YR mission in the state and at the national and international levels.
